Pricing FAQ

COMMON
QUESTIONS.

Why isn't there a flat day rate?+
Shoot days start at $1,000 — that's the floor for a half-day on a simple brief with standard editorial licensing and a curated edit included. From there, scope changes the number: a portrait day for a startup founder and a sneaker-drop editorial day carry different licensing, talent, and post requirements. You'll get a firm quote within 48 hours of the first call, before any deposit.
What's the deposit and cancellation policy?+
50% deposit to book, 50% on delivery. Cancellation more than 14 days out: deposit returned minus any pre-pro hours already spent. Within 14 days: deposit retained. Within 72 hours of shoot: full engagement billed — crew, gear, and calendar are locked by then.
Is travel extra?+
Yes. Travel, lodging, and any out-of-market kit rental are billed at cost, with receipts attached to the final invoice. No markup on travel itself; only a 10% coordination fee on location fees and permits.
Can I license work I've already seen on your site?+
Sometimes — depends on the original client's exclusivity terms. Reach out with the frame(s) you want and we'll check rights + quote within 48 hours. Some work is locked by category exclusivity; most is not.
Do you work with agencies?+
Direct-to-brand is the default — it's how we keep one voice across every frame. Agency engagements are possible but we quote them separately and require direct creative access (no layered briefs).
What about NDAs?+
NDAs are standard — offered on request, signed before any brief is shared. For unreleased products, unannounced signings, or personal / family work, we'll sign yours or provide our mutual version.
Do you do content creation-only / no-shoot engagements?+
Yes — brand-strategy and art-direction-only retainers are available for founders and athletes who already have a content pipeline but want one eye on the full visual system. Starts at three figures per strategy block. Ask about "direction retainer."
Payment methods?+
ACH / wire preferred for invoices over $2k. Card accepted (3% processing added). International wires accepted; currency conversion at invoice date. Retainers are Net-15; projects are 50 / 50.
