Pricing FAQ

Common questions.

Why isn't there a flat day rate?+
Shoot days start at $1,000 — the floor for a half-day on a simple brief, standard editorial licensing and a curated edit included. Scope changes the number. You get a firm quote within 48 hours of the first call, before any deposit.
What's the deposit and cancellation policy?+
50% deposit to book, 50% on delivery. Cancel 14+ days out: deposit returned minus any prep hours already worked. Within 14 days: deposit retained. Within 72 hours: full engagement billed.
Can I license work I've already seen on your site?+
Sometimes — depends on the original client's exclusivity terms. Send the frames you want; rights checked and quoted within 48 hours.
What about NDAs?+
Standard — signed before any brief is shared. For unreleased products, unannounced signings, or personal work, we'll sign yours or provide our mutual version.
Payment methods?+
ACH / wire preferred over $2k. Card accepted (3% processing). Retainers are Net-15; projects are 50 / 50.
